The Oregon School District and The PIH Team

The students in Oregon High School's Advanced Construction Class, under the direction of their teacher, Chris Prahl, build a new home each year in the Oregon community. Students in the class get hands-on, one-on-one learning and experience in the construction industry! The PIH Team has been honored to partner with the OSD in supporting the sale of many of these 'School House'  builds as the Listing Agent. We always look forward to our collaboration with the OSD.

From the Ground Up

The photos below show us how the students in the 2019-2020 Advanced Construction Class built 323 Kassander Way in Oregon, WI from the ground up. One project and task at a time, this home was brought to completion!

We hope you enjoy taking a look at their process as much as we did!

Final Touches

After all of the previous steps, the final touches were added to round out the gorgeous finished home you see below! Scroll through the photos to view the fabulous work of these students in this incredible program.
