COMMUNITY PRESENCE
The PIH Team Culture of Giving program and our client and community events are rooted in a desire to serve, connect, and support each other and the communities we serve. While our culture has always been about sustaining community and giving back, our Culture of Giving program began in earnest in 2019. With this program, we strive to connect our PIH Team clients and community to organizations in the greater Madison area that are doing work that directly benefits members of the community.
Each year the PIH Team puts on a number of events that boost fun, build community, give back, and more! These events have included client celebrations with Mallards Baseball, a fun Saturday at the Bowling Alley, and our Annual Fall Festival! We have also held agent-driven micro-events supporting local food establishments, happy hours, and more.
We are always looking for ways to create fun and connection for our clients.
At our core, we enjoy creating opportunities for our network to support the needs of the community by offering actions to donate, serve, or both! We find ways to connect our community with opportunities to give, and we enjoy fostering that giving culture by volunteering together whenever possible.

For the last eight years, the Pure Integrity Homes Team has awarded two $500 scholarships to graduating seniors who demonstrate the core values of PIH: Integrity, Community, and Relationships. The scholarships awarded to graduating seniors from companies like ours offer an opportunity to lessen the financial burden of those students looking to further their education.

PIH is part of The Homes for Heroes program, enabling us to reward community heroes for their dedication and service.
