Ashley joined the PIH Team in 2017 and currently serves as Director of Operations. She works behind the scenes to keep the team running smoothly, supporting agents through listing coordination, marketing initiatives, event planning, and operational systems. Around the office, Ashley is known as the person who keeps everything organized, moving forward, and running smoothly for the entire team.
Ashley began her time with PIH as the Transaction Coordinator and quickly became an integral part of the team’s operations. As PIH has grown, so has her role in helping ensure agents can focus on their clients while she supports the systems that keep everything running efficiently.
Ashley holds an Associate Degree in Meeting and Event Management and has helped plan and execute numerous successful events for both the community and past clients.
When Ashley is not acting as the glue keeping PIH together, she’s usually with her family and close-knit “wolf-pack.” In the summer, she loves hiking local trails and soaking up sunshine at the beach. She loves to travel, second only to Disney Cruises, because, honestly, there’s nothing better. The Dragone family rarely misses a game and shows up to cheer on their kids like it’s the World Series.
