MOVE4BGC is a 3 month fundraising campaign that culminates in one final event taking place on July 17th, 2021. The fundraising goal is $1 Million Dollars in support of the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County's initiative to open a Skilled Trades Center, which will support the youth interested in pursuing work in the skilled trades. Previously known as BIKE4BGC, MOVE4BGC is in it's 19th year! This annual fundraising campaign is in support of the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County! The goal for this campaign is to raise $1 Million Dollars to support the establishment of a Skilled Trades Center, focusing first on carpentry and plumbing, with goals to expand and grow in support of our youth interested in working in the trades.
The campaign culminates in a day-long event on July 17th, 2021, where people can get involved in person or virtually!
You can join a team, or you can join as an individual. Set a fundraising goal and get started in your moving! :)
You can participate in the movement by running, biking or walking! There are 6 options for moving (including a virtual one).
The PIH Team has started a team in support of this wonderful cause and organization. We have a goal of raising $1,000. You can support our efforts and the Boys and Girls Club mission in the following ways:
1. Join our Team for the event: The PIH Team. You can join the team and participate virtually or in person! Help us by raising funds and bringing more team members to our group!
2. Donate! If you want to be part of the event but don't want to participate in the movement portion, you can always donate! All donations will support the Skilled Trades Center.
3. Start your own team or join as an individual.
