Worried about a recession?
Let us help

Register with Tony Antoniewicz

I’ve been personally influenced by many Healthcare professionals, Military personnel, Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, EMS professionals and Educators in my life. A simple “Thank You” has always been said but these Heroes deserve more than that. When I learned that there was a way to reward local Heroes for their service, I knew I needed to be the mediary between local Heroes and Homes for Heroes. I feel that’s the least I can do to say “Thank You” in a much more meaningful way than I’ve ever been able to in the past for what our local First Responders, Military personnel, Educators and Healthcare Professionals do for us. Being a First Responder for over 25 years, I would appreciate the extra "Thank You" as I know personally the work most of these heroes do daily with little appreciation.

What is Homes for Heroes®?

Shortly after 9/11, Homes for Heroes, Inc. was established as a way to give back and say “Thank you” to local heroes for all they do. We provide Hero Rewards®, which is an easy way for heroes to save on a home, and on every day home-related purchases. Our heroes’ jobs are to help others. Ours is, too. With gratitude, we honor the selfless service of true heroes— firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, military (active, reserves and veterans), healthcare professionals, and teachers —by giving back. When a hero buys, sells or refinances a home with Homes for Heroes, they make it possible for us to help more heroes and hero organizations. That’s just like our heroes. Always helping.

Who qualifies as a Hero?

Current and former firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, military (active, reserves and veterans), healthcare professionals and teachers qualify to receive Hero Rewards.

How much could a hero save by working with you?

The Hero Rewards amount will vary for each hero. There are several variables that go into it, such as whether you want to buy or sell, and the price of the home, but if you visit homesforheroes.com to sign up, you can use the estimation slider to get an idea. On average though, a hero will save $700 for every $100,000 in sales price of the home so the savings are significant.

What are Hero Rewards?

Hero Rewards are the savings we provide to local heroes when they work with real estate and/or mortgage specialists like us, they receive the following:

  • Hero Buys or Sells a Home: Hero receives a check from Homes for Heroes
  • Hero Mortgage: Hero receives reduced lending fees
  • Hero Refinances a Mortgage: Hero receives reduced lending fees
  • Hero Purchases from a Friend of Hero Business: Hero receives special hero deal determined by the business

Are there requirements that must be met to receive Hero Rewards?

  • Be a hero
  • Be registered on HomesForHeroes.com
  • Work with a Homes for Heroes real estate or mortgage specialist

NO STRINGS ATTACHED, NO CATCH OR HIDDEN FEES.  IT IS A TRUE GIFT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE

What is the Homes for Heroes Foundation?

The Homes for Heroes Foundation is a charitable nonprofit helping heroes in dire need as it pertains to housing or emergency financial assistance. Homes for Heroes, Inc., donates a portion of its earnings to the Homes for Heroes Foundation. That means every time a hero buys or sells a home with Homes for Heroes, they are helping heroes in need. The Foundation awards Hero Grants to local nonprofits nominated by Homes for Heroes specialists. Since its founding in 2009, the Foundation has awarded over $1,200,000 to help heroes.
