About Dave Engerman
Throughout his experience buying, remodeling and selling his own homes, Dave has learned the importance of taking time with the clients, knowing that it can directly impact the feeling of stability and calm brought to each transaction. Dave is devoted to giving that necessary time to support his clients. He wants to ensure that his clients experience the greatest of care by listening to their wants and needs throughout the process. Dave’s attention to detail, negotiating skills, and calm demeanor are great assets in his Real Estate work.
Dave brings with him over 25 years of experience in engineering project management experience as well as 10 years of fire service, and currently serves as a Paid on Call Firefighter with the Oregon Fire Department. All of this has helped shape the thorough and thoughtful approach he brings to all he commits to.
Dave has taken great pride in assisting in areas where natural disasters have occurred. He has volunteered in Moore, OK, Platteville, WI, and Reedsburg, WI to support their recovery efforts from tornadoes and floods. He has also served on the Red Cross (for 2 years) and takes pride in his previous involvement on the Monroe township planning committee.
Dave moved to Oregon, WI in 2016 and is grateful for his neighborhood friends that welcomed him. He has two beautiful daughters that have since moved into their own homes. His housemate now is a very opinionated labrador retriever. One of his favorite pastimes is constantly remodeling his home and looks forward to working on others in the future.
